These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and StormForge Pro ("StormForge Pro," "we," "us," or "our") that govern your use of stormforgepro.com (the "Site") and the free roof inspection request service offered on the Site (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Site, submitting the inspection form, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and SMS & Communications Consent Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StormForge Pro provides a free roof inspection request service for U.S. homeowners. When you submit the inspection form, we use the contact and property information you provide to follow up about your request and arrange a free inspection at your property.
The free inspection is provided at no cost to you, with no obligation to purchase any further services.
StormForge Pro does not provide legal, insurance, financial, or tax advice. Any information about insurance claims, storm activity, or roofing materials shown on the Site is educational only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
To use the Service, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a U.S. resident accessing the Service within the United States; (c) be the property owner, or otherwise have authority from the property owner, to request services at the property address you submit; and (d) provide accurate and truthful information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORMFORGE PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 No warranty about third-party services.
StormForge Pro does not guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim you file, the accuracy of storm data displayed on the Site, or the workmanship, pricing, timing, licensing, or insurance of any third party you may engage for roofing work. You are solely responsible for vetting any contractor before signing a contract or paying for services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORMFORGE PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY, OR INSURANCE CLAIM DENIALS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THE SITE, EVEN IF STORMFORGE PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StormForge Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any information you submit; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing a third-party site is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, fraud, or legal requirement. Upon termination, Sections 6–14 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13.1 Informal resolution.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@stormforgepro.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
13.2 Binding arbitration; class-action waiver.
Except for claims you may bring in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and StormForge Pro each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitration will take place in Washington or, at your option, your county of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
